Houston, Texas (November 14, 2023): Graviti Energy, the fastest-growing EV charging infrastructure operator in Texas, has been chosen by the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) to install EV chargers at its parking garages after a rigorous evaluation process.

UTD is a leading public university with over 31,000 students across seven schools and offering 140+ undergraduate and graduate programs. This initiative marks a significant step by UTD to transform into a green campus with a focus on sustainability.

Commenting on the partnership, Vidya Sagar, Co-Founder and CTO at Graviti Energy, said: “We are excited about our partnership with UTD. There is an increasing adoption of EVs among faculty and students at US universities, and we are well-prepared to meet the increasing demand for EV chargers with our comprehensive and cost-effective solutions.”

Graviti will install and operate ten Level-2 AC charging units at two parking garage locations on campus. The agreement calls for Graviti to supply the hardware, install the system, and continue with the management and maintenance of the equipment.  In addition, Graviti will also provide all end-user customer support and payment processing.
