Funding to Enable Installation of Level-2 EV Charging Infrastructure at 40+ Locations

Houston, Texas (December 30, 2022): Graviti Energy, the fastest-growing EV charging infrastructure operator in Texas, has secured a $1 million grant from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to install Level-2 EV charging infrastructure at 40-plus locations in and around the Greater Houston Area. As per the grant conditions, the company will install and operate the infrastructure themselves at no cost to the site owners. 

TCEQ has the mandate of safeguarding the state’s public health and natural resources while promoting sustainable economic development. This grant will enable TCEQ and Graviti Energy to collaborate on their shared goal of sustainability by reducing vehicle emissions.
